At Vetoquinol, our mission is to listen to, understand and meet the needs of our clients. As a territory manager, you will play a crucial role in this process. Your primary territory focus will be Eastern Ontario. You will be responsible for building relationships with both existing and potential clients in order to achieve sales targets.

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to drive sales in your territory and achieve sales targets
  • Focus on the client’s needs and customize discussions and align accordingly
  • Provide exceptional client support through clinic visits, in-clinic seminars and follow ups
  • Develop and implement business plans for your territory as well as for key strategic accounts and groups
  • Monitor territory sales vs. budget to develop strategies that address changes when needed
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas of opportunity
  • Share business information (competitive activities, market conditions, ideas, business opportunities) with other team members to nurture growth, collaboration and development within the team

 

Job Requirements

University or Technical degree or equivalent experience;
English language required, verbal and written;
Functional computer knowledge in Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and specific tools (CRM);
Field sales experience (minimum 3 years) and experience in the animal health industry;
Results driven;
Interpersonal / Communication skills;
Organization skills;
Ability to analyze and solve problems;
Ability to adapt to change;
Team work;
Ability to travel (overnights required);
Must reside in territory.
