This pharmaceutical company dedicated to manufacturing, distributing and commercializing animal health products is looking for a Territory Manager in it’s Companion Animals Division for Southern Alberta, Canada.

Your main mission will be to develop the assigned territory within annual sales and profit objectives, through a professional representation of the Company and an expert knowledge of its products.


  • Maximize the sale of Vetoquinol products and customer satisfaction in its territory by:
    • Professional sales arguments during your different opportunities to interact with customers.
    • Developing good relationships with customers and opinion leaders.
    • Personalized service and high quality support.


  • Contribute to the customer database for its territory by means of:
    • A complete report produced with the tools of the company.
    • The maintenance of the customer database in the system.

Market intelligence

  • Provide accurate and complete business information (competitive activities, market conditions, ideas, business opportunities) to the Sales and Marketing Department and other colleagues when information is deemed relevant.


  • Perform regular analysis of sales results, variances and trends in order to:
    • Identify opportunities and threats within the territory.
    • Improve the focus and effectiveness of the management within the territory.
    • Develop a business plan to achieve your goals

Job Requirements

University or Technical degree or equivalent experience;
English language required, verbal and written;
Functional computer knowledge in Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and specific tools (CRM);
Field sales experience (minimum 3 years) and experience in the animal health industry;
Results driven;
Interpersonal / Communication skills;
Organization skills;
Ability to analyze and solve problems;
Ability to adapt to change;
Team work.
