This pharmaceutical company dedicated to the manufacture, distribution and marketing of animal health products is looking for a quality assurance clerk.

Your mission will be to manage the changes made to the printed packaging articles and analyze them after receipt. Provide support to the SOP program, associated forms for Vétoquinol N.-A. Inc. and the follow-up of the various registers.

Printed material

    Evaluates the printed material before placing the order with the supplier.
   Provides information transfer to the Regulatory Affairs Department and printed material providers.
    Provides confirmation for reprinting or patch tracking.


    Maintains the specifications of printed material.
    Samples the printed material.
    Analyzes printed material according to established specifications.
    Releases or rejects printed material following quality assurance approval.
    Ensures the archiving of the analysis results.


    Maintains the current database.
    Notify when an SOP has expired.
    Prepares new versions of documents for approval and / or distribution.
    Ensures archiving of outdated SOPs and forms.
    Notify the implementation of a new version of SOP or form.

CC, DT and CAPA.

    Ensure that documents are completed and signed.
    Maintain the CC, DT and CAPA registers.
    Ensures the enforcement of documents (certificate of analysis, method, etc.) following a modification.
    Ensure the archiving of documents (expired, CC, DT and CAPA)

Job Requirements

DEC in secretarial studies

Mastery of French and English languages ​​(written and spoken)

Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience

Mastery of the software of the Micro Soft Office Suite
