We are looking for a Web Manager for our companion animals division.
Your main mission will be to ensure that our products and services are properly targeted through online marketing channels; implement and maintain online marketing strategies, actions and tools. You will initiate, implement, maintain and track online marketing projects eg. : development / maintenance of our online platforms, content and community management, email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), web analytics, etc.
Main activities
Content Management
Updates and publishes content in different platforms (websites, social media, etc.) eg new articles, newsletters, videos, corporate communications, product information, etc.
Administers, develops, implements and updates sites with the help of agencies.
Develops, proposes and implements editorial calendars for social media for each of our platforms, in collaboration with product managers.
Project management
Implements digital project plans for products / services related to the requirements of the Group's digital strategy and local strategy.
Manages all projects with a Project Management Plan (PMP) system.
Internal and external support service
Liaises with agencies on requests for technical assistance from internal and external users of digital tools, namely services, applications, Q & A on the site.
Ensures that updates are made to applications / services as needed.
Provides internal training of various digital tools.
Online Marketing Management
Improves ranking and traffic using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / Search Engine Advertisement.
Manages the analysis and creates monitoring reports of the performance indicators of each site. Proposes corrective / incentive actions based on the results of the analyzes.
Strategic planning
Proposes, develops and implements web innovations, digital and online strategies and solutions to meet the needs of internal and external customers, including not limited to consumer interaction, e-learning, digital media and internal communications / external.
Supports stakeholders to ensure their products / services are visibly appealing by using the right digital media. Challenge existing digital processes to make sure they are optimized.
Contributes, proposes improvements and reports on marketing activities within the organization.
Public relations
Is the reference person for digital strategies throughout the organization for the image of the company, its brands and its services through inter-functional projects.
Develops lasting and reliable relationships with the press, agencies and professional organizations as appropriate. Uses digital strategy and presents at selected events / conventions, etc. to support the company's strategies.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or equivalent experience
Computer knowledge
Bilingualism (French / English) Oral and Written
3 to 5 years of experience in digital communication
