We are looking for a buyer, indirect products for Canada.

Your main mission will be to manage the employees of the quality control and laboratory operations department by ensuring compliance with the various regulations in force.

Employee management

See the management of employees of the department of quality control.
Ensure the harmony of the department and resolve conflicts as they arise. Share human resource needs and ensure a fair distribution of tasks.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and regulations.

Supervision of operations

See to the smooth running of operations in the department. Set priorities for activities according to the set of projects to be followed, taking into account the necessary resources.
Plan and distribute the activities of the department to achieve the objectives.

Compliance with regulatory requirements

Put in place the systems needed to ensure quality control compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Ensure that regulations are followed according to current activities. Ensure that staff are well trained and apply the regulations.
Respect the deadlines fixed for the implementation of the patches during inspection.
Validate and maintain equipment qualification and methods.

Continuous improvement

Ensure process improvement to reduce delays, costs and errors.
Set up structures to facilitate work.Standardize work methods to optimize the performance of tasks.

Ensure that a watch of activities in the field is carried out.

Job Requirements

University degree in a related science: chemistry, biochemistry or others.
5 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytical chemistry
Knowledge of GMP
Mastery of the tools of the MS Office Suite
Bilingual French and English written and spoken
Management experience
Ability to work collaboratively
Analytical mind
Ability to solve problems
Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and good manufacturing practices
