Job Description

Sales Administration

Manage the entire order process of customers in international markets.
Receive and track customer forecasts from DEXAL for integration into ERP
Act as a liaison with respect to product and service complaints

Document management and regulatory support (requests, renewals and follow-ups)

 Follow up on the status of registrations of manufactured products or outsourcing in international countries.
 Follow up with the regulatory department on obtaining import permits in international countries.
 Manage export permits with the CFIA for our export orders in international countries.
 Prepare, track, notarize and legalize the documents required to support shipments of all products outside Canada.


 Prepare the necessary documentation for sending samples or products to various international markets
Contact and track shipments outside Canada with the various carriers and forwarding partners.

Customer Service Support Canada

Job Requirements

DEC in administration or international trade or logistics.
Good oral and written communication skills in both French and English, Spanish would be an assetExperience in customer service
Minimum of years of experience: 2-3 years
Mastery of the computer tools of the MS Office Suite
Customs knowledge and transportation an asset
Good interpersonal relationships
Sense of courtesy
Attention to detail and rigor
Sense of initiative
Ability to work under pressure
