Vetoquinol is a pharmaceutical company dedicated to the manufacturing, distribution and marketing of animal health products, we are looking for a CRM Specialist.

At Vetoquinol, our mission is to listen, understand and respond to the needs of our customers. The CRM Specialist manage all aspects of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and its associated integrations. To manage the integrity, accuracy, precision, functionality, development and added value performance of the CRM. Enable and support the commercial Sales and Marketing teams towards meeting their objectives by providing them with a timely, accurate and informative tool to aid in territory management, marketing campaigns, business decisions and people management. This includes training and technical support for all users. Take primary responsibility for the data governance in terms of quality, availability and consistency of data.

MAIN ACTIVITIES :

 Technical expertise

  • Ensure the CRM is fully integrated and functions correctly in order to optimise performance and transmit knowledge within our organisation
  • Ensure the CRM always aligned with the commercial strategy of Vetoquinol
  • Facilitate adjustment of the core model to local needs
  • Keep abreast of developments and advancements within the Group, the affiliate or with external suppliers and within the industry, ensuring our tool is current in maintaining the Company’s competitive advantage

 Project management

  • Define technical specifications and expectations for success of assigned projects eg new CRM, changes or additions
  • Evaluates and identifies required resources for successful project completion
  • Coordinates and implements projects using key milestones; troubleshooting
  • Uses appropriate project management tools and adequate documentation

 Change management

  • With a thorough understanding of requirements (local and Group) drive full implementation of the CRM tool
  • Communicate consistently and frequently with all stakeholders
  • Request adaptions and/or develop additional features needed to provide the necessary functionality

 End users satisfaction

  • Provide training on all aspects of the CRM, ensuring users are able to use correctly to fulfil their objectives, to support commercial decisions and to monitor and evaluate performance
  • Enable a ticket based technical support service with appropriate KPIs

Data governance

  • Manage all data preparation, importation, integration and exportation relevant to the CRM
  • Ensure quality, availability and consistency of data
  • Ensure GDPR requirements are met

Job Requirements

PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Information technology or Computer Science or relevant combination of experience
  • Minimum of 4-6 years CRM Administration experience and understanding of the process modeling
  • Advanced IT/ computer skills
  • Full understanding of database technology (design, software and structure)
  • BPMN understanding
  • Familiarity with the Agile methodology framework
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Relational DataBase Management System (MySQL, Oracle, MSSql)
  • Knowledge of SQL Query, PL/SQL (Stored procedures)
  • Knowledge of BPMS : Modelling/ Business process understanding
  • Knowledge of ETL Data Mapping
  • Bilingual French/English written and spoken
  • Knowledge of a BI tool such as PowerBI or QlikView
